Technical Writing Process
Creating any new document requires a
sub-process within the documentation lifecycle: Planning, Scope Confirmation, Interviewing and Research, Drafting, Approval, Revision/Editing, Final Approval. I use systems thinking to easily adapt the process for emergent needs.

Planning is directly related to requirement gathering and value alignment efforts that spill over into review cycles. Poor planning results in frequent revision.

Confirming the scope with the client fosters a collaborative environment and ensures all parties are aware of what is being written and why.
